REFUND &

At Comeback Training, we want you to have clarity and confidence when purchasing our programs, coaching, and apparel. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully.

DIGITAL PROGRAMS

  • All digital programs (e.g., strength, mobility, athlete development PDFs or online content) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

  • This is due to the immediate access and nature of digital goods.

1:1 COACHING (ONLINE &
IN-PERSON)

  • Coaching sessions require [insert notice period — e.g., 24 hours] for cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Missed sessions without notice will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

  • Pre-paid coaching packages are non-refundable once started, but sessions may be rescheduled within the agreed timeframe.

APPAREL & 
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

  • Refunds or exchanges are accepted for:

  • Defective or damaged items.

  • Incorrect sizing (must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

GENERAL POLICY

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges that do not meet the conditions above.
