OUR STORY

Comeback Training was founded by Connor Bill after years of navigating pain, injury, and personal setbacks. What began as his own pursuit of recovery and performance grew into a transformation rooted in presence, resilience, and the power of the mind.

Connor saw how athletes face more than just physical challenges. The pressure to appear unstoppable, the silence around emotional wellbeing, and the lack of true guidance in recovery often hold them back. Comeback Training was built to break those barriers — creating a space where athletes can train, recover, and grow as whole individuals, on and off the pitch.

At the heart of Comeback Training is the belief that every athlete has a higher self — the best version of who they are meant to be. Our philosophy, comeback to you, is about helping athletes overcome both physical and mental setbacks, and guiding them back to that true version of themselves.
