WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT IN THIS INDUSTRY?

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

We do charge extra for nutritional advice and diet plans. It will be stated on offer. As we are not fully qualified dietitian or nutritionist, we are required to only provide advice and simple plans. If further action is required, we are happy to refer to a health professional.

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

As Comeback Training preaches that exercise can be done anywhere, anytime. We do recommend few tools or equipment to use. The use of slant boards, resistance bands and elevated steps are a few to name, check our blogs for more information on what equipment you need for at home.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

Comeback Training primarily works through online interaction, using programs both tailored and ready-made. Through our following online we can reach a broader audience while still maintaining high levels of professionalism and focus. We differentiate ourselves from general gym trainers by our knowledge and expertise in our fields. We take normal conventional training and turn it into productive effective styles that can be used by a range of individuals.
