8 WEEK TAILORED PROGRAM
1-ON-1
This is our most popular program, it is designed to help strengthen the knees and help alleviate pain associated within the knees, we have found great success from people who have used this program, they have found a massive decrease in any knee pain, an increase in strength of the joint and over all better living.
This program includes a 3 day split, split into two sub-phases of 3 weeks (6 weeks in total). Each day will incorporate a range of exercises and stretches to increase the strength and movement of the joint.
Although a gym is to required it will make some movements easier to perform. All exercises can be modified for dumbbells, bands etc.
The ultimate strength & mobility program, this program is completely focused on increasing one’s strength & mobility simultaneously. Through unique exercises focusing on full ranges of motion designed to increase both strength and mobility. It will also include foundational strength exercises to help with muscle, strength and shape.

A gym is required to complete this workout but movements can be modified to minimal equipment such as dumbbells, resitance bands etc.
This program includes 2 different follow along weekly workouts routines (4 day split) workout “A” will be the first subphrase weeks 1 through 4, workout “B” will be the second subphrase weeks 5 through 8.
This is not specific to any individual or program and may not be suitable for everyone; yet exercises can be modified for regressions and/or progressions easily.
This program is designed to help mobility, strength & movement within the hips, through a range of exercises this program allows you to strengthen the hip joint, increase the range of motion in the joint and also decrease pain associated with the joint.
This program runs for 9 weeks, split into three 2 week phases, it will consist of 3 days a week and can be used to compliment your training or be used as a stand alone session.
Resistance bands will be required for this program, full exercise library is provided.

A custom tailored program made specifically for you and the goals you want to achieve, includes rep ranges, progressive overload, tempo & intensity. All programs will be provided with an exercise library and the ability to send in videos for form correction is included.

One-on-one will allow myself to accurately monitor movements on how they performed, the technique and adjust according to you. I will be able to provide immediate feedback, supply questions, critic techniques and help you get the best out of your training.
